How do I get my skit after I've
purchased it? How long will it take? Are they sent through the mail?
Skits are not mailed, they are
downloaded directly from our website. Once
you have purchased a skit with a credit card (or check or money order) and
have received a receipt (a proof of purchase) through
e-mail from PayPal, your skit will be available for download. This will be
available within minutes if you purchased with a credit card.
Simply go to the "Home" page
on the website (www.skitsandstuff.com) and click on the
"Purchase/Download" link at the top right of the page. Then
click on the "Download Skits" link.
Enter your e-mail and hit the
"Submit" button. Make sure this is the same e-mail
address entered when purchasing via PayPal or if purchased by mail order,
the e-mail you sent with your skit request.
If the e-mail does not match exactly or if you have not
first purchased the skit, you will get an "error" and will be
unable to download your skit.
Once you've entered your e-mail and
clicked the "Submit" button, any skits you have purchased will
appear. You can then choose which format you'd like to open your skit.
Click on either "Word Document" or "PDF Document" and
the skit will open for you and you will be able to view, save and print
your skit from your computer.
What
do you mean by "downloading?"
The word "downloading" simply
refers to the way in which you receive your skit. The process of
downloading allows you, the customer, to receive your skit within minutes
of purchasing (if paid for with a credit card) by transferring information
from our computer to yours. All of our drama and puppets skits are
downloaded online from our website.
What's
the difference between a Word Document and a PDF Document?
A
Word document will let you alter the skit if you like, and can be
saved to your computer. Some computers may automatically change the format
of a Word document but the content will be the same.
PDF files may also be saved to your
computer but cannot be altered in any way. Some computer systems may
have an easier time printing documents in a PDF file, and will not alter
the text, format or other information in the document.
Click on the
title of the skit to download/display (Word has .doc, and Adobe has .pdf).
Can I download Children's Material and VBS on the
web?
No. Only drama skits and puppet skits can be
downloaded from the web. Children's Material and VBS will be mailed through the
U.S. Post Office.
I entered my e-mail and clicked the
"Submit" button but I keep getting an error. What does
this mean?
It probably means you need to
double-check the e-mail you entered. The e-mail you entered during the
purchasing process must match exactly what you enter when downloading. If
the e-mails don't match, you will get an error.
If you've entered the wrong e-mail
during the purchasing process or need to change your e-mail for any
reason, please Contact Us and we
can change the e-mail for you.
You must first purchase a skit before
downloading. If you have not purchased the skit, you will also get
an error message.

I'm
trying to download my skit but there is a message in red that says "Waiting
on Credit Card Purchase." What does this mean?
This may mean that PayPal has not
completely finished processing your order yet. Typically, PayPal processes
the orders in less than a minute but in some instances there may be an
issue on PayPal's end that may cause the process to be delayed. If this
happens, wait a minute and click the "Refresh" button. If
your most recent purchase is still not displayed after 15 minutes, Contact
Us.
I'm trying to download my skit but there
is a message in red that says "Waiting for Check/Money Order."
What does this mean?
This means you have paid by check or
money order and we have not yet received your payment in the mail, and/or
your order has not yet been processed. When we have received your form and
payment in the mail, we process the order the same day. Once the
order is processed, we send you a "receipt" through e-mail,
indicating your skit is ready for download.
I sent in the Mail Order Form along with
my payment but when I try to download my skit it shows "n/a"
under the Word and PDF Documents. What is that?
The "n/a" means the skits is
not yet applicable (available). This occurs with every mail order
until we receive payment and process the order. When we have received your
form and payment in the mail, we process the order the same day.
Once the order is processed, we send you a "receipt" through
e-mail, indicating your skit is ready for download. The "n/a"
will disappear and in it's place will be the title of the skit you have
purchased.
I'm trying to download my skit but there
is a message in red that says "Refunded." What does this
mean?
If this message is being displayed it
means we have received a request from you indicating you would like a
refund, and the refund has been issued. (Because skits are downloaded
electronically, refunds for skits will only be given in extenuating
circumstances) If a refund was granted, you no longer have
access to the skit.
I'm trying to download a skit but nothing is
happening. What is the problem? First,
make sure you have purchased a skit. If you try to download a skit
without first purchasing the item you will either get an error message or
nothing will happen. If you have purchased a skit but
continue to have these issues, there may be an error in our system. Contact
Us and we will resolve the problem in a timely manner. I
have ordered from you before but this time when I entered my e-mail a list
of "old" skits I have previously ordered appeared but not the
one I just purchased. Where is my "new" skit?
This may mean that PayPal has not
completely finished processing your recent order yet. The list of
"old" skits you have purchased is available to you any time so
that's why they are listed. Typically, PayPal processes the orders in less
than a minute but in some instances there may be an issue on PayPal's end
that may cause the process to be delayed. If this happens, wait a minute
and click the "Refresh" button. If your most recent
purchase is still not displayed after 15 minutes, Contact
Us.
This could also mean you have purchased
your new skit using a different e-mail address than previously,
particularly if both e-mail addresses are still valid. Check to make
sure you entered the correct e-mail address for the skit you just
purchased--they must match exactly in order for your purchase to be
displayed.
